Meet Nurse Practitioner Jennie Carroll

Nurse Practitioner Jennie Carroll is a highly experienced infant ear molding specialist who has worked
closely alongside Dr. Eric Payne since 2019, providing non-surgical ear correction for newborns during the
critical early weeks of life. Under Dr. Payne’s supervision, Jennie delivers precise, gentle care using established
infant ear molding techniques, helping families achieve successful, long-lasting results.

With a background in labor and delivery as well as pediatric care, Jennie brings both advanced clinical expertise
and a deep understanding of the needs of newborns and their families. She is known for her meticulous approach,
compassionate bedside manner, and commitment to creating a calm, reassuring experience for parents navigating
early treatment decisions.

Jennie earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Prairie View A&M University College of Nursing and her
Master of Science in Nursing–Family Nurse Practitioner from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston.
She continues to work under the direction of Dr. Payne as part of a comprehensive care team dedicated to early intervention
and optimal outcomes.

Jennie is fluent in Spanish and is currently accepting infant ear molding patients at both Houston-area clinic locations.
